Dean Keating, the AI Automation Consultant Who Publishes Aldershot.co

One page that is not like the others

The rest of the directory is built from public business data: hotels, salons, cafés, gyms and more, shown with the details we could check. Nobody pays to be listed or to move up. Dean Keating is the exception, because he owns the site. His page is labelled as the publisher's own business and is left out of any ranking.

That also means this guide is a description from the company that wrote it. It is not a review, and he has no rated Google business listing that could supply one.

Where he works from

His base is Horndean, Hampshire, north of Portsmouth. He is not in Aldershot or Rushmoor. The build and install are done remotely and, according to his website, anywhere in the UK, so a business off the High Street is set up the same way as one in another county. The same website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby when meeting in person helps.

If you would rather deal with someone on your own doorstep, say so early and look at firms nearer to you too.

The work, in plain terms

He builds AI agents: software that does repetitive desk jobs inside the email, web chat, WhatsApp and booking tools you already pay for. The jobs on his website include:

• answering new enquiries quickly, at any hour
• following up each lead until they book or decline
• sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered
• putting jobs into the diary
• replying to common questions
• sorting messages and passing the tricky ones to a person
• sending confirmations and reminders
• raising invoices and chasing late ones
• copying details from one system to another
• producing a weekly report

He describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. It is not a course, it is not a phone-answering service and it is not a chatbot product you subscribe to.

How it starts

There are four steps. A free call comes first. Then an audit of which work is worth automating, then the build and install, then training and support. He begins with the one task that would help most, not everything at once. You leave the call with a plan you can use with him or without him.

No price list is published. The cost depends on the work and is given after the free call, without obligation.

What his website says about him

He is a Shopify 10K Award winner, with more than ten years in marketing and more than a million orders driven through Meta ads. Before marketing he spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian. He also builds websites and does SEO for trades and small businesses.
