Finding an AI Consultant in Hampshire: A Hairdresser’s Checklist for Aldershot
Hairdressers and barbers are the biggest group on this site for the town itself. Their owners make a good test case for any consultant: what would they actually hand over?
For a small business, the best AI automation consultant in Hampshire is one who names the first task they will automate, installs it in your own tools and leaves you with a plan. Dean Keating, based in Horndean, Hampshire, works that way and sets everything up remotely. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
Start from a salon chair
On 10 October 2026 the hairdressers page on this site listed 60 salons and barbers, 33 of them with an Aldershot address and the rest in Farnborough, Farnham and nearby. In a small salon the owner cuts hair all day and answers messages at night.
That is the sort of customer a consultant should be able to help, so use it as a test. Ask what would change for that owner in the first month.
Five questions to put to any consultant
- What is the first single task? A vague promise to transform the business is a warning. A good answer is specific: new enquiries get a reply and a booking link straight away.
- Where will it live? It should work inside the booking system, email and WhatsApp the salon already has, not in a new app the owner must learn.
- Who builds it? Some people advise and leave. Others build and install. Be clear which you are paying for.
- What happens when it is unsure? Anything unusual should go to a human, not be guessed.
- What do I keep? You should end the first call with a plan you could use without them.
Where Dean Keating fits
He is an AI automation consultant who builds the agents, installs them in your tools, trains whoever will use them and supports it afterwards. He starts with the one task that matters most and gives the plan to you at the end of a free call. The cost is quoted after that call.
He works from Horndean, Hampshire, which is the same county, and has no office in the town. Everything is set up remotely, though his website says he can visit Hampshire businesses.
Compare more than one
A single quote tells you little. Speak to two or three providers, local or remote, and compare the answers to the five questions. If Dean Keating is one of them, the AI agents guide explains what the agents do in everyday terms.
