Looking for an AI Agency in Aldershot? What One Consultant Does Instead

What the search usually means

People type "AI agency" when they want a supplier who will take the whole job off their hands. They are rarely after a particular company structure. If that is you, the useful question is not whether the supplier calls itself an agency, but who will actually do the work and what you are left holding afterwards.

What an agency normally does

An agency is typically a business with several people, each covering a different skill, and it often works on a monthly arrangement. That suits a business that wants a wide range of things done at once, or wants a named account contact who is not also the person doing the building. Ask any agency how it charges and who on its books touches your project.

What Dean Keating does instead

He is one consultant, not an agency. His website describes a done-for-you service, installed for you, not handed over. He builds AI agents, installs them in the email, web chat, WhatsApp and booking tools you already pay for, trains your people and supports the setup.

He begins with the single task that would make the most difference, and does not try to automate everything. The first call is free, and you come away with a plan you can use with him or without him. There is no published price list; cost is given after that call, with no obligation.

A picture of one buyer

Picture the owner of a small studio. The directory lists 60 gyms and fitness studios as of 10 October 2026, 25 with an Aldershot address and the rest in Farnham, Farnborough and nearby. Gyms and fitness is a trade where membership questions arrive at all hours. That owner has had an email from an agency promising a full digital overhaul. What they actually need is one job done: replies to new enquiries, sent quickly. A narrow job like that is exactly what one installer can take on, and it is a reason to ask any supplier whether it will start small.

When an agency is the better choice

• You want many different services under one roof, such as design, advertising and automation together.
• You want a larger firm that can cover holidays and sickness.
• You want people in the room regularly. Dean is based in Horndean, Hampshire, the same county, and his website says he can visit Hampshire businesses, but the build itself is remote.
• Your business spans many sites and needs more than one person's time.

If any of those apply, say so on the first call with anyone you speak to, him included.

Questions to put to any supplier

1. Who will build it, and will that person answer my messages?
2. Which of my existing tools will it work inside?
3. What do I keep if I stop?
4. When is the cost given, and is it for the whole job or the first step?
